I found this popular book, Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell, contains many parenting hints. It explains why Bill Gates is an outlier, why there are many Jewish lawyers and doctors here, and why people who grow rice are hard working and kids there have good math skills.

It's a very interesting read!
