What's up with the blue house on Ryan, which has a ReMax for sale sign? I first called the agent who said the price was not determined. Several weeks have passed and I still don't see it on MLS.
Also, is the FSBO on Griggs sold? The sign is still there but owner never returns our call. |

I guess the owner of the blue house is probably busy with holiday related things.
You need to show the seller's agent that you are *not* very interested in the house, given the lackluster housing market.  |

| Agree. I need to show that I am not interested... But after missing several opportunities (like calling up places only to find out it's been rented or under contract) I'd only wish the informaton is more centrally accessible like this web page. Saw a FSBO listing on Craigslist today and it's already gone. |

FYI: 21 Ryan was sold around June this year for $496,000.
I have not seen this one appeared in the MLS yet... |
