The exterior is quite cute, and its on Main Street right near the school.
Insider, however, its more beat up then quaint, and more plain old than charming old or antique old. I'm not knowledgeable about how much it costs to upgrade/fix things, but it screams boat loads of work and cash to me. And when your done, you'll still have a small house.
Really, if you aren't talking about ornate wood or intricate moldings -- and there is none of that here -- then why exactly is old charming? |
