Princeton high school and a lower property tax than nearby towns. |

| The Cranbury School, Main Street, Brainard Lake, The Cranbury Preserve, the great boy and girl scout troops, the historical local churches, location relative to everything else, sense of community, neighbors... |

| The people make the town. Spending time chatting with people, impromptu social gatherings. Folks like Keith Shaw hosting his Halloween and Christmas events. Porchfest. The level of involvement parents have volunteering at the school or coaching. |

| Great neighbors who randomnly blow the snow off your walk, keep an eye on your kids or lend you a dollop of spackle at 10 PM on a Sunday night. Neighbors who you trust to keep an eye on your kids and an eye on your house when you're away. Neighbors who invite you into their clubs and organizations so you can meet new people and strengthen your relationships with others in the community. Neighbors who get together to help a recently widowed neighbor. |

(1) The homes, both new and old.
(2) An elementary school and Princeton H.S. that for the most part educates the youngsters.
(3) Volunteers who compose the organizations that serve the community so effectively.
(4) Grouchy young and old folks who complain about everything from new homes to some hair in a sandwich to fallen trees to ......etc. |

| The town employees are what make and maintain the face of the town. This includes volunteer and paid. It includes DPW,Police, township, school, etc..Many families come and go over the years. They raise their kids and move on in 10 years. The employees (again including volunteers as employees) are here for 25 years or more. The face of the town is largely maintained by them. |
