it is 100K less than their purchase price at 09/2005. Anyone knows why? |

That doesn't sound that surprising. 2005 was near the top of the market. A lot of homes in Cranbury haven't fully recovered their previous market peak price yet. Some have, some haven't. If I put mine for sale tomorrow (no intention to) it would be below what I paid. |

what surprised me is that the same model in the same Cranbury Greene (with better location) was sold $792K last winter and the others in the development were all listed over $800K. one of a bit bigger model was just closed last week at price of over $830K. |
