Mayor's Update - October 24, 2023

Dear Neighbors,

At last night’s Township Committee meeting, we received an update from Chamber of Commerce leader Eric Harmon about the exciting first year of this new free-to-join business organization. Committeeman Matt Scott also gave an update on the pickleball court assessment. Finally, Committeewoman Lisa Knierim presented an overview of how Cranbury will participate in RevolutionNJ, our state’s commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States in 2026. Look forward to many local events to tie in with this national celebration!

This would have been a good time to mention Halloween in town - events and safety. For instance, there’s a pumpkin carving night at the school tonight, but unless you have a child in school, you’d never know. Big miss Mike.

There are plenty of people with kids in daycare or nursery school that would like to go, but did not know. That said, this seems like nit picking.
