BMY offers to buy IMCL for $60/share. IMCL is quoting more than $65/share now!?

Bristol-Myers Offers to Buy ImClone for $4.5 Billion

Drug developer Bristol-Myers Squibb said it plans on buying biotechnology company Imclone Systems for about $4.5 billion in a cash deal.

The deal, for $60 per share, marks a 30 percent premium to New York-based ImClone's closing price of $46.44 Wednesday. New York-based Bristol-Myers already owns about 17 percent of ImClone.

IMCL closed at $65.34 a share today. The buy offer is at $60 a share. Are investors (or speculators) expecting a $70 per share buyout?
