I recently moved to town and on multiple occasions I have received a yellow post card saying SECOND NOTICE. Then stating that they have been trying to contact me. There is no company name and just a phone number. The address is on S. Main St. and asks to call and ask for a Mrs. Lewis. I called the number after hours to see if a business name was listed and it sounded like a home vmail.

Has anyone else received these mailings? It seems very much like some sort of fraud based on the way it is sent. While it may be legitimate it certainly does not come across that way.
