| As we can now see, this is a major construction project. What's the $$$ figure for that? How much from the town taxes, how much from grants? Anyone? Anyone? |

I would be curious for a detailed answer too, but the turth is I don't think anyone, even the Township or the TC know for sure. They committed to the project without a full understanding of the costs and while the County and other sources will contribute some of the money, the Township is ultimately responsible for the open-ended overages from remediation, construction and ongoing operation. If we have future wet springs like this one for example, it the Township will be required to deal with the extra maintanence necessary to preserve the conditions of the playing fields. They are locked into a standard of care required by the Babe Ruth League. |

| I'm curious as to what extent the babe ruth field be utilized. Is there an existing babe ruth league whose teams will play their games at the new field? It would be a terrible waste of township dollars should the field remain idle during the Spring/Summer season. |
