While this house is wonderful & historic, it needed a complete overhaul - probably a good $100K or more to be invested immediately to make it livable.
I'm happy it finally sold and hopefully we'll have a new neighbor to welcome to Cranbury. |

Perhaps the realtor bought it as a spec home to just rent until the market improved or to flip. But in any event, a sale is a sale and the free market rules in the end. |
