Yeah this stuck out as too high, unless it is so spectacular on the isude that it should be featured in Vanity Fair or something. Just compare the basics -- a 1960's one story home with 3 bedrooms asking the same or more than early '80's Shadow Oaks homes with 4-5 bedrooms, two stories and clearly more square footage, and not much less than much newer Cranbury Green homes... I predict if this stays on the market it will sell for at least $100K less than this ask now.
