Did anyone attend last night's show at the Cranbury Coffee House? If so, what did you think of the combined performance of Kelly Orcutt and the Jack Jonah Band? I thought they did a fabulous job. The coffee house is such a great place to go for local entertainment. The performers are top notch, the food is good, and the atmosphere so relaxing. There was a nice size crowd on hand and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. I do hope more people will choose to come out each month to help support this worthy effort. Again, the coffee house website is ..... www.cranburycoffeehouse.com.

Hope to see you in November and be sure to tell a friend.

My dad and I attended for the first time last night. I have to say I was very happy I did. The band and Kelly were very good.
The food is excellent and I was really surprised by how the atmosphere fit. It really did look and sound like an old fashioned night club. People even got up to dance.

I highly recommend people attend the coffee house if you have not yet. Plus, the funds go to a very good cause.

Next month the featured act at the coffee house will be Acoustic Road. They are a Princeton based duo who performs classic songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. They even sprinkle their performance with a few of today's hits. I hear they do a great version of Coldplay's "Viva La Vida". The opening act for this event will be Emily Gabriele, a South Brunswick resident and student at Rutgers University. Emily is a vocalist/guitarist who writes many of her own songs. Mark your calendars for Friday, November 13 and do make it a point to stop by the coffee house. It's well worth the visit. This is a charity event and your support would be much appreciated. Who knows, you just might become a monthly visitor.
