| Sellers need to get with reality, one of the homes for sale is about to close in the $370's. Reality is here, unfortunately once the Obama administration stops artificially keeping rates low and they rise up between 6% & 7%, our home values will decrease even further. It's unfortunate but a certain reality. There's nothing better than just kicking the can down the road! |
