In downtown Princeton, a makeover brings hope - New apartments, shops opening

PRINCETON BOROUGH — The last major phase of a downtown redevelopment project is finally wrapping up and filling up, despite the tough economy.
Finishing touches are being put on the long-awaited 25 Spring Street building, a five-story, 72,000-square-foot luxury apartment complex that includes 52 apartments and three retail shops on the ground level.
