| If these owners want to sell this house, they need to be more realistic about the price... almost every room in this house needs to be updated. |

| I don't know if the price is realistic in the market or not, but I have been in that house. It is in pretty good shape. whether it needs to be updated or not is a matter of taste and I have seen few houses in this town that you expect to move in with no work being done. |

| Nobody's opinion matters except for the buyer who is willing to pay the price. So far, buyer's have said no to this price or it would have been sold. |
