wash out driveway on main street

When are they going to start working on the driveway that washed out on main street due to the flood? Im really getting tired of looking at the cones and the fence. Really makes main street look crappy. And i herd that the town is going to pay the bill for some of it. Is this true? Why should our tax dollars go to help pay for some one eles problem if it true that the town is goning to pay for some of it

My driveway is also in need of repair. The large crack in it is caused by a street trees root. How do I schedule to have the town fix this for me?
