CRANBURY — The Zoning Board of Adjustment backed Zoning Officer Jeff Graydon’s interpretation of the township’s Land Development Code with regard to resident Keith Shaw’s Christmas Spectacular at its meeting Wednesday night, denying the homeowner’s appeal.

After observing Mr. Shaw’s light display in Dec. 2012, Mr. Graydon issued Mr. Shaw an advisory notice on Feb. 23, citing four potential violations of the township’s Land Development Code http://cranburypress.com/story.cgi?section=news&story=doc524de38982aaf483208044&s=1+page_1
