Beth Harrison was criminally charged on April 18th 2012 with sending obscene electronic communications to a woman in Biloxi Mississippi. The victims interviewed allege Beth Harrison has been and continues to stalk them for the past two years through malicious use of Internet web and blog sites.

Harrison denies she is responsible for the malicious web and blog sites. She has told an FBI investigator and police detectives she does not own, administer or post to these sites.

Apparently Smithers has proof that Harrison is responsible for these web and blog sites that currently harasses six people, and two businesses. She is making slanderous statements, and stalking apparently about these businesses and individuals that she holds some sort of vendetta against. Harrison's false allegations against Smithers was intended to discredit and discourage him from testifying against Harrison.

A recent conversation with a witness testifying against Harrison said "Beth Harrison's will be held accountable criminally and civilly for malicious abuse of process, harassment, slander and libel acts she conducted against Smithers and others" She added " It is good to see that Beth Harrison will finally be held accountable for the harm she has inflicted on so many. The media's coverage of her false accusations became an extension of Harrison's harassment. These articles were utterly disgraceful acts for even a tabloid journalist to produce."

Mississippi Code Title 97 Chapter 29 - Crimes Against Public Morals and Decency provides:
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to make any comment, request, suggestion or proposal by means of telecommunication or electronic communication which is obscene, lewd or lascivious with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any party to a telephone conversation, telecommunication or electronic communication.

It always amazes me how cowards feel they can hide behind internet anonymity to spew their mindless dribble and slanderous remarks.

And also it amazes me how some sick minds can get satisfaction of making others suffer from cyber stalking and cyber bullying.

I look forward to posting once there is confirmation of Beth Harrison's arrest.

Looks like damage control yes, but for Beth Harrison, as she is the only one facing criminal charges now.

I have to admit -- I can't find any corroboration of this story anywhere. There is no media releases that I can find -- none of the key phrases or quotes from the original statement come up anywhere on the web and so I have no basis to believe any of it.

The links work - but they are just links to the city of Biloxi's website. There is no information about Beth Harrison there or anywhere else I can find on the web. Even whey I search Elizabeth Harrison, Beth Harrison, Biloxi, etc. .

I wouldn't expect to find a printed article until a trial is held. No one said there was anything posted as of yet. You would not receive a media release unelss you are a member of the media. If you are a member of the media, and this interests you, a release was forwarded from stopaglaia@yahoo.com perhaps message there for a copy.

Also the links shared is for those with a need to know to get information if they wish to send an OPRA request. Allegedly there are more victims, so they might want to obtain this information to make contact with the complaintant. Sorry no Internet rogue profiles here, you make the request formally if you want this informaton. You have to identify yourself to make the request therefore a need to know should exist but that does not exclude news media.

For the sake of the victims and an interest to not compromise the legal process (for any party) I am refraining from posting further details until after there is public record available of what I believe will be her expected arrest, and then her expected conviction. I would expect that to be in one of the local news outlets. The post will be on another site, but if I I can put a link here once that is done.

I hope you find what you are looking for. It is strange for someone to be so interested in this post unless you were one of the parties implicated by the alleged ongoing stalking and harassment by Beth Harrison.
