I decided to go to the source of all this and contacted the victim Beth Harrison myself. Glenn, you spoke too soon. You should have done a little more checking around before you endorsed compassion for Rob Smithers.

THIS IS WHAT OUR DEAR NEIGHBOR SMITHERS IS REALLY ABOUT! This was the evidence used to arrest Robert Smithers. Deservingly.

What others do not unerstand is that this person Beth Harrison has/is doing what she claims others are doing to her she is not the victim that she so claims to be. What she is doing is the classic sign of an online stalker she calls the victims local pollice and harrasses them stating that she is being harrassed by the victim to the point that they do not want to hear what the victim has to say, however there has been only a few that have stood up to her and yes she was charged with Obcene Electronic Communications and yes there is a Restraining Order put against Beth Harrison. She has also put out threats that others would and could do her dirty work. she has also stated that if the vitims do not stop she is going to go after others. (this another classic stalking sign)

She continuously stalks these people and it seems she is doing it again to try and gain sympothy from others.

As from what I read in that article/link the judge told them not to talk about each other and to leave each other alone I have not seen any postings from Smithers however I have seen many post from Beth Harrison as she continues to taunt and harass her victims by posting, she claims that a judge told her and Smithers to leave each other alone and she also claims that what she wants is to be left alone.

What I beleive is that she wants to taunt, harass and seek others to do this as well.

What we need to ask ourselves is Why are we only listening to one side of this story?

How come no one has asked for the other side of this story?

Why are we not wanting to find and contact the others and ask them for their side?

One of the The victims did get an injunction/Restraining Order against Beth Harrison so this to me does shoot holes in her story that she is the victim of harrassment but she is the stalker and she wants others to not listen to her victims.

I think we need to start thinking about asking her victims and how Beth Harrison is stalking and harassing them online as again this is nothing more than a one-sided story and we do not have all the facts to validate what she is saying.

I would like to have all the facts before I make my decision and I think others should do the same and not listen to just a one-sided story here.

So this woman apparently has two websites she owns, posts to, administers and operates to harass others.. Also the defaming postings have been going on for years. She admits to recently going to "make Robert pay," for a domestic dispute she is having with another party out of state unrelated to him. This is documented right in this website she provides with the link above.

She claims to be fearful for her life.

She claims to be a victim of cyberstalking.

Then why does she spend resources to continue to harass anc continue to taunt 6 people that have crossed her paths, apparently this one case for an 18 hour email barrage.

She claims to not be responsible for, nor even know who is reposnble for these sites when asked by law enforcemen about the harassing blogs. This was the foundation for her original complaint, being harassed becuase she was falsly accused of creating these sites. The email messages she provides as evidence to this is about these harassing sites.
One of which she admits to right in this discussion thread.

Also she provides the administrative printout from the harassing website stopplagiarism.info. Strange how someome claiming no responsibility for the site, never posting to it, nor knowing the site owner has these administrative screen shots from that website.

She continues to consume the local police resouces with her numerous false complaints in her attempts at malicious abuse of process. The police have informed her again, like before, there is no crime. Yet, she continues to call anyone she can to draw attention to this.

I caution anyone viewing Ms Harrison's postings or websites. She uses malware, reverse ip tracking or emails, multiple personalities and aliases in discussions and email messages, ip address masking/proxy, and other covert techniques, despite her sites claiming to protect your identity.

Looks like pot calling the kettle black Ms Harrison.

These are not the actions of a normal person in my opinion.

Just go away, you said you wanted to be left alone, but you continue to stalk.

Just go away Ms Harrison, leave this family and these victims alone.

Wow I just happen to stumble on this and after reading this I have some questions.

Why would someone so afraid for there life put it out here so openly?

What did these 6 people do for her to think she is being stalked? If the police says there is no crime then why does she continue to harass them why does she not move on and live your life Ms. Harrison?

I agree with the claims that Beth Harrison is making false accusations on others. I agree the only one I see posting is this Beth Harrison under assumed names or having others do her dirty work.

Again classic signal of an online stalker.

They want to put out false information so that the real truth that she is the Online Stalker that follows and harasses others to the point that their victims are afraid.

I have some other questions, Since she is so willing to show evidance against others, why does she not show evidance against herself.

Is it true that Ms. Harrison received a Restraining Order against her? Why is it not posted as well? or is she afraid that it is going to tell the truth that she is the online stalker and not these other people.

Threat to harm ones family or friends is another signl of an stalker and this is a blantant threat.

Once more I do agree we need to find out more on this story and not listen to just one side.

Something just does not seem right about this Ms. Beth Harrison as if she is so afraid for her life then why is she putting it out there for others to follow?

Piece of advice for the above poster for future reference. If you are going to pretend to be a new poster who just now "stumbled upon" this topic, you need to first reset your cable modem or some other means to reset your IP and clear your cookies so that it isn't obvious from the 4 digit code that you the same poster whose already commented before.
