School raising money for two charities

Students at the Cranbury School are trying to make a change, and every penny counts.

As an ongoing fundraiser, students are pinching pennies and saving their pocket change to support the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.

On the first Friday of every month, students and teachers are bringing in a dollar's worth of change to deposit into the collection jars around school. Their goal is to raise $5,000 by the end of the year, with half going to each charitable organization.
