The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting is tonight, July 1, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the Large Community Group Room (behind Town Hall). The following applications will be heard: Forrest, Geoffrey, 18 Maplewood Avenue, Bulk Variance for Shed Alpha Healing Center (formally known as Staybridge Inn), 1272 South River Road, Use Variance. |

| My understanding is that there are some that would like to attend the meeting but are traveling for the upcoming holiday. Is the Board likely to take action this evening? |

| Usually they grant the variance the same night as the hearing. |

Sadly, that's what the slick lawyers do... They work the system to schedule these hearings when there will be the least opposition. These people have no regard for our community. |

| They did not get done with testimony. The next hearing will be August 5th at 7:30 in the large group room. |
