Wellness Session - Gentle Yoga on March 16th at 7:00 p.m.

This month’s Wellness Session will be offered by inMotion Fitness & Wellness. We will join their regularly scheduled Gentle Yoga with Ruth Gatling at 7pm on Wednesday, March 16.

Appropriate for all levels, this isn't your grandma's gentle yoga. There will be lots of stretching and slow calming postures, but also all-important balance and core work. We'll focus on connecting with breath and being present.

To register use this link. After registering, please email the studio at info@inmotionfw.com. A Zoom link will be automatically sent to you to enable you to join the class. The class is complimentary, but you will be required to fill out the waiver when you make a reservation for the class.
