| We're looking for a new alarm company. We already have most of the equipment installed and it is a common brand used in the industry. But we don't like the company managing it so we're shopping for a new one. our current company's monitoring is unreliable, and they look for any excuse to come out and do a service call at a high hourly rate even if it is fault with their fairly new equipment and installs. And they are about 10 years behind the time, having never worked with VoIP or wireless.
Anyone happy with their alarm company who would like to provide a lead? Thanks. |
