Post subject: Vandalism
I heard that there was vandalism on the spillway last week that resultnight d in a significant amount of damage.
To respond Mayor Johnson, Mr. Mullugan and Mr. Taylor are putting up a total of 300.00 of their own money for anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.
To me this shows two things:
1) We have some really problem people in town as this damage comes out of our own pockets as tax payers.
2) these TC members are volunteers and have no reason to take money out of their own pockets to help the town or fund a reward. So they are paying for this damage twice once as a tax payer and then to find the person responsible. But, they are doing it without being asked. I think this is something that should be recognized.
I imagaine anyone with information can call the Police department.
