I have no clue what you are talking about.

Start a movement to have every garage have to do this then. Contact a local politician. Will you sit by and complain? Or do something to correct what is bothering you?

They will when the system is installed. They are being mandated by the Govt. to have water drained to sewer lines instead of into the ground. That is why they are doing this from what i have read. the DEP or EPA are the ones forcing them to have the excess water routed into the sewer.

When I was a youngin, I would wash fire trucks in minus 30 degree weather.............AND I LOVED IT! It made me a better person fer it and dadgummit, it made me appreciate the indoors. Great then it is settled, YOU will VOLUNTEER to wash the trucks each day and save all that money. Thank you for stepping up old timer.
