The problem is for years anonymous sniping and trolling is all this board has been useful for. If someone posts a non-political question -- suggestions for a handyman or whatever -- crickets. Apparently the only reason anyone comes here is to muckrake.

Not only are the posters here anonymous, but also the administrators and site owners...

The thread topic reads Teaparty Republican. Where at all is Nancy shown as a Teaparty person?

If the poster had simply highlighted Nancy Witt dropping out it would have been fine. No need to try and sling.

Clearly this was an Indivisible poster. Be proud there is a strong progressive on the ballot and let's not try to degrade others. That goes against the values progressives stand for today.

How is the link "disparaging" Mrs. Witt? She's quoted in the story and I didn't read any negative comments.

Old news. Why are you trying to make an issue of this and Ms. Witt.

Yes, we get that a very strong progressive is running this year who can bring some strong progressive agenda items to the TC in the following years. I look forward to having Mike and Matt serve as they look to broaden the town and do good things like build the library, a Human relations commission, etc.. But, why does that mean we have to disparage Ms. Witt?
