Post subject: USING YOU AS A LOCAL REALTOR
I guess by remaining Anonymous - you do not want our business?
thats ok -
You JUST lost any credibility you had as a professional...so maybe you are not a realtor .....?????
Anyway....
After doing some more research.....local branch managers are a great source of information....it appears they all talk....
There are better ways of selling termite infested houses- now it makes sense why you remain Anonymous here......
I will find a cranbury area realtor to help us.....

Liedtke Drive are tooo expensive for us.
What office do you represent? we do not have a realtor in the area.
The Red house is in our price range - are any more for sale over there? or can you still show it?
The fact it isnt on REALTOR.com means nothing to me. Did it close?
was there inspections?
My parents live in Concordia and that section is SOO convienent for us.
Thanks....
Four-bed-room Cranbury homes priced below $500k are rare now.
The interest rate is still low; a $600K home may only increase your monthly payment by a few hundred dollars.
Just a thought. Good luck on your house hunt.

Nothing takes the place of a proper inspection and tracking of the termite damage

IS THIS HOME BEING OFFERED AS IS? BUYER BEWARE ? OR ARE OWNERS AND REALTORS DISCLOSING ANY TERMITE DAMAGE?
IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT ANYTHING CAN BE FIXED.....

A house in Shadow Oaks is worth the money.
A house with termite damage may be a huge liability.
You get what you pay for.

It looks like a good deal, given the price.
Now, I know why the price was reduced twice.
The houses in Shadow Oaks are selling like hot cakes.
A well situated home there sells close to $730K now.
I did not see many homes for sale in the Cranbury Greene area...
