Main so I hear traffic all the time. I can understand the noise issue though. It is my understanding that the town has no control over Midco since we contract out privately and there's not a lot the town can do since this does not fall under the noise ordinance as written. The best bet is to try and get residents and then go to midco as a signed petition of purchasers. <br /> <br />If we had town garbage then we'd have a better leg to stand on as the town as a purchaser could make a request in their contract with the provider.
