| It’s funny seeing previous TC members so critical of how the current TC is handling the affordable housing issue. Wasn’t this predictable? Didn’t we know a) how many acres and therefore sq ft of zoned warehouse we have and 2) what the state calculations were for some time? So, did they have a long term or master plan for this or was it to just let someone else solve it and criticize them? | |
