LOL at this listing. The sellers are either kidding, don't really want to sell are are remarkably out of touch with reality for someone who could afford the home in the first place.
They are asking literally double the assessed value of the home. Double. They are asking almost double the cost per foot average for the Township despite larger homes usually being below the average. And they are asking hundreds of thousands more than another house on the same court that was better and had a spectacular all-year pool complex. Despite the high-end finished of the interior, they are dated. And the pool is pretty basic. Hardly reasons to pay a $1.4M premium over the objective valuation of the home in any market and even less so in this one.
