Love Cranbury because it has the small town feel with Brainerd Lake and cute Main street. It's just so peaceful and relaxing.
Looking for a single house in Cranbury Greene or Silvers Lane. Ideal house would be 4 bedrooms 3 baths upstairs.
Anyone thinking of selling, please email

With whom did you refi with?
Pleasant Valley Home Mortgage (a company in Moorestown)
https://pleasantvalleyhomemortgage.com/
I found it on bankrate.com.
Another company in CT called Total Mortgage Services offered the same rate for me, but their fees were higher than Pleasant Valley's.
It's likely you will need high credit scores to get a better rate. My 3 credit scores are all more than 800.
