Love Cranbury because it has the small town feel with Brainerd Lake and cute Main street. It's just so peaceful and relaxing.

Looking for a single house in Cranbury Greene or Silvers Lane. Ideal house would be 4 bedrooms 3 baths upstairs.

Anyone thinking of selling, please email ubluesky01@gmail.com.

Thank you.

Pleasant Valley Home Mortgage (a company in Moorestown)
https://pleasantvalleyhomemortgage.com/

I found it on bankrate.com.

Another company in CT called Total Mortgage Services offered the same rate for me, but their fees were higher than Pleasant Valley's.

It's likely you will need high credit scores to get a better rate. My 3 credit scores are all more than 800.

The price in the two areas is likely to be more than 700K. Drive around the areas to get an idea.

This is a good time to buy. The 30-year fixed rate mortgage is at record low. I got a 15-year fixed rate refi-mortgage (with cash out) at 2.875% last Friday.
