We need the next administrator to be completely the opposite of Haney. If what you say is true then why do we need a chief administrator at all? Apparently the school can get a blue ribbon on auto-pilot with no effort from a leader at all. In which case we should be able to save $130,000 plus benefits.

Other than abstract comments like "lacking vision."
