| My family is looking to purchase a home in town (i.e., Main St. and the neighborhood around Main St.). Minimum 3 BRs and 2 1/2 baths. Max budget is $550k. We're already working with a realtor, but thought I'd post here too in case someone is considering selling but hasn't listed yet or would prefer a possibly less stressful means of selling than listing.
