a). Resolution # R 09-08-165 - approving a closed session portion of the meeting.
The Township Committee will now go into Closed Session regarding pending/anticipated Litigation and matters requiring confidential advice of Counsel: Review and discussion of strategic legal and planning issues with the Township Attorney, Township Planner, Township Engineer and Township Affordable Housing Consultant regarding the Township’s revised Third Round Affordable Housing Plan and pending and/or anticipated litigation relating to same.
b). “N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7) (Contract Negotiations): Discussion of potential conveyance of Township-owned property to the Board of Education for School Purposes.
