Thanks for taking the time to volunteer and run Dan. Best of luck to you. Glad to see more young families involved in our future as a town.

LETTERS: Candidate says thank you

Dan Mulligan, Cranbury
I would like to thank everyone that came out to earlier this month to vote in the primary election for the two open seats for the Cranbury Township Committee this year.
When I decided to run for Township Committee earlier this year, it was based on what I found to be the extremely positive experience of running for Township Committee last year. Additionally, the overwhelming support and feedback I have received from my friends and neighbors encouraged me to run in 2010.
My candidacy for the Township Committee here in Cranbury is about sound financial management principles in terms of how we go forward with the town budget and taxes. I will work to maintain our town character, continue our community’s tradition of preservation of farmland and open space, focus on safety, and will fight hard and aggressively against the unfunded state affordable housing mandates
