Both the Cranbury Inn and Maplewood are reasons why we need to continue with new faces on the Township Committee as well as the planning and zoning boards.
Because Cranbury is part of the Soprano State you know! |

Is the Cranbury INN lot in a commercial, residential or split lot? |

I'm not the expert but I believe the fight was over that huge event hall he built behind the historic Inn a few years ago. The structure is outsized for the lot and goes almost to the lot line -- probably very unsightly if you're a neighbor with an ajoining yard, and probably required some zoning variances and approvals and was not as-of-right. I suspect there was probably a parking debate as well due to the extra patron capacity. |

Wahoo! Lawyers is comin' in to fight this out? I love it! Good lawyers make good neighbors. Gee, hope the dude is working on a contingency cuz Maplewood is gonna have to be put on the block to pay the bill.
Aunt Mildred tells me that COAH housing is gonna to be built instead of that way too big house that has everybody's panties in a bunch. I hear that traffic ain't gonna be a problem cuz none of the new neighbors got licenses on account of they just moved in from Haiti.
Ain't that a hoot! |

Certain things should not be aired in public. However, good luck. |

fyi- The objectors have retained the representation of an excellent land-use attorney and planner. Their represenatation has filed a letter today with the planning board professionals requesting (with supporting evidence) that the application should be dismissed or transferred to the zoning board. They are prepared to appeal if necessary. |
