The structure is outsized for the lot and goes almost to the lot line -- probably very unsightly if you're a neighbor with an ajoining yard, and probably required some zoning variances and approvals and was not as-of-right. Their represenatation has filed a letter today with the planning board professionals requesting (with supporting evidence) that the application should be dismissed or transferred to the zoning board.
