Thanks for the info, John. That's why I think it's asking for a bit too much. According to nj.com, houses in New Jersey have doubled in value since 2000. And they are asking for more than double.

This is the one which has the For Sale sign up for several months, but they didn't list it on Realtor.com. I gave them a call before Christmas and was told that the asking price was $395,000. I said I wanted to see it and they said their agent would give me a call the next day, but they never called. This seemed to be the same house as the white ranch next to it.
