Most people understand that limited officers mean limited traffic patrols which is why the TC invested in the traffic bureau. Upsetting to some apparently, but reality, perhaps some of the positive changes were a result of those factual comments alerting to the fact that the public was noticing. Old Trenton road is a major county road with a ridiculously low speed limit.
