Why is it public works responsibility to sandbag on main street anyway? I live along the lake and my house doesn't get sandbaged by the town I have to worry about that myself. We all know that there is the chance of flooding ,when you live near a lake.Did any of the residents that received this service help with the sandbagging? I would probably guess the answer is probably" NO".

Why must every time someone says something positive, some "Anonymous Person" feel the need to make a negative comment.
Fact is the public works did a great job !
I also watched the cops lugging tree branches (Good Size), snow fence, and garbage cans out of the roadways while it was pouring out.
All these guys did a great job with this crazy storm !

I would like to commend the public works dept. For doing such a wonderful job and putting out sandbags at midnight when the water level was getting ready to flood our house.this was the first time that this wasdone before it flooded and they prevented me from spending alot of money and many headaches. again I say Thank YOu Guys u are the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
