He said the night officers about once a month or if there is an opportunity earlier will report lights out to PSE&G. So the police do report the issues as well.

Powerlines/Trees Probably for the same reason they haven't replaced the burned out street lamps that we pay for even when they aren't replaced for months on end. We may have the PSE&G CEO living here but the service isn't any better.
