| If you are going to those places washing your hands and wearing a mask then it will not result in these highs numbers. Yes a few may get sick despite precautions, but not at these levels. |

Or they went to the grocery store, or the pharmacy, or the doctor's office, etc. |

| I agree more testing is given an increase in numbers. However, not all are front line or essential employees. So after 5 weeks of lock down if people working from home are getting sick then it is because they are not following the precautions. People who got sick prior to the shut down or had it without symptoms would not be in the newest testing batches. |

| The increase may be related to better testing. Many more people probably have the virus than we know. |

April 24, 2020 - Office of Emergency Management - Weekly Update
Weekly COVID-19 case update:
On Monday April 20, 2020 the State of New Jersey conducted a COVID-19 case audit. This audit corrected and adjusted state wide totals. Cranbury Township sought an increase of six (6) adjusted cases bringing the total number of COVID positive cases in Cranbury to twenty-two (22). These adjusted numbers were positive results that were not previously assigned to Cranbury Township.
Since last Friday’s update, Cranbury Township has been notified of five (5) additional positive cases. These five additional cases bring Cranbury’s new total to twenty-seven (27).
Cranbury Township Office of Emergency Management continues to work closely with the Middlesex County Health Department who is the lead in the investigation of these cases and is responsible for all County notifications. We will continue to update our residents on a weekly basis.
