I say this because we have the library board looking into the PNC bank again taking another ratable out of the mix. That is hard to believe, unless they are referring to their little program where a small minority of people get to re-assess while some of us are stuck being ineligible for that program while having to make up the difference when others are revised downward. Yeah, that's a great program.
