Victor Scire hopes to expand the Evans Tract yard sale.
For 19 years, resident Victor Scire thought the annual Evans Tract yard sale was really neat, even though the road he lives on, Stockton Drive, has never been included in it. Now, he's decided to take over running the event, and plans to expand it to include his neighborhood and others.
