Any further word on what retail stores will be occupying space in the new Cranbury Commons strip mall? It appears the project is going along quite smoothly and hopefully by mid to end of Summer we may have some more local shopping.

The township is not a landlord and does not own this building. There is a sign for a number to call at the site. Call that number.

The Gateway Commons retail building seems to be progressing quite rapidly. Does anyone have any idea what stores other than Scotto's and PJ's Pancake house, have expressed an interest to move in? Thanks.

Ask Governor Murphy if he would invest in a restaurant under the current
Corona virus restrictions.

Does anyone know that expected move in date(s) for the retail stores at Gateway Commons? Do you sense they may delay their openings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic?
If they had tenants ready to start paying rent, they would be rapidly building out the retail floor.
So no time soon.
Good point - It's sort of like the larger homes issue. I believe 75% of them had to be bought before any work could start on the retail portion.

I heard they are trying for a pizza place or italian restaurant as well. But I have not heard that they have anything confirmed. I only heard PJ’s as being confirmed.
Don’t we have enough Italian restaurant’s? How bout a nice steakhouse or BBQ joint!
