Post subject: TAI CHI Class for Cranbury Seniors
The Cranbury Recreation Commission will be sponsoring TAI CHI for Cranbury Seniors. Tai Chi is an art that stresses slow breathing, balanced and relaxed postures and absolute calmness of mind. Classes will be conducted at the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, located on Main Street in Cranbury, and will be taught by Ms. June Counterman. Ms. Counterman has been teaching Tai Chi for 18 years and has studied with several Chinese Grand Masters including the head of the Yang family.
The classes will be held on TUESDAYS beginning January 16th and will continue for eight weeks. Classes will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The fee for this program is $25. There will be no refunds once the program begins.
