Maintenance standards?

Now maintenance standards for homes in town? I could wrap my head around the sidewalks due to safety. In fact i supported this ordinance. Maintenance standards and enforcement is a lot different. It leads me to think neighbors against neighbors. What if I go away in the summer will I have to hire a lawn service? Going away in the winter there may be a chance of snow, going away for 3 weeks in summer i will have my lawn grow. My neighbor helps out and mows it mid-way through in return for my snow blower in winter, but he can't nor would i ask him to mow it 3 times. What about the tall bushes I have by my house. I like them to look natural will the town require I trim them? I don't see an issue or problem that this fixes. There is no safety concern.
