I almost always see someone there . I'm guessing if it was your lunch break, it might have been theirs too.
BTW, they are a very friendly and helpful group.

Just a suggestion, I have found that the offices call people back quickly. On a couple of occasions I have needed to speak with specific people. I called ahead and they stayed during the lunch hour to help. If you're finding people aren't there when you walk in, call ahead I am sure they'd be willing to stay at their desk if they knew you were coming in.

I went to town hall twice in the last two weeks on my lunch break and as usual there wasnt anybody in the finance dept. why dont they stagger the lunch breaks so that somebody can be there to help. government at work again making it difficult.
