| Reminds me of our wonderfully logical Township money collection scam, sorry I meant policy, that requires all owners of indoor cats to pay to have the registered for "public safety" while of course nothing is done about stray cats, because indoor domestic cats are a apparently a much bigger heath risk than feral strays... | |
