For anyone interested...

Republic charges as $111.18/quarter for twice a week with a 95 gal can.

Both Central Jersey Waste and Waste Management also service the township and quoted $105/quarter for the same service (twice a week, 96 gal can -- not sure why Republic quotes a 1 gal smaller can).

Waste Management charges a one-time account setup fee ($25) and $35 can delivery fee. Central Jersey claimed there were no other fees when asked.

Depends also on the size of the can you request as well as once or twice a week pick up.

I pay $75 a qtr. for twice a week pickups. Their fees are inconsistent.

Anyone know what other companies service Cranbury? I'd be will to call around for quotes if I knew the companies to call.

We use Republic 1 pickup per week. We paid between $65 in May/2017 to the recent $86 Aug/2017 per 3-month.

The rate has been increasing over time.

I am also looking for a better deal.

Curious who people use and how much they are paying for garbage pick up? We use Republic and the price has been creeping up (again) so I'm thinking it's time to price shop/call to try to get it lowered. We are at $111 for 1 can twice a week.

Also, does anyone know what company has the big blue recycling cans on wheels? (like a garbage can but for recycling). I'd love to get one of those and save dragging multiple heavy containers to the curb.

Thanks!
